Sean graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine where he earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He trained under the direct tutelage of David Shulman, RPT, while working as a Staff Physical Therapist at Shulman and Associates Physical Therapy specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of orofacial and head pain, temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD),  and repetitive stress injuries affecting artists and musicians. In 2019, Sean opened Birch Tree Physical Therapy and Wellness with a goal of providing one-on-one, hands-on physical therapy and wellness services to clients in the Greater Baltimore Region.
